End-of-Year Giving Time at FAMU

End-of-Year Giving Time at FAMU

As FAMU Forward has documented over the past 12 months, it’s been a great year for Florida A&M University.  From Larry Robinson, Ph.D.’s, installation as the 12th president, to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges reaffirming FAMU’s accreditation for another 10 years, to the Marching “100” being invited to participate in the Tournament of Roses Parade and the football team finishing tied for second in Coach Willie Simmons’ first season as head coach, it’s been a banner year!

With 2018 coming to a close, now is a good time to support FAMU students with a scholarship gift, or in support of the “FAMU Rising” initiatives, while receiving the tax benefits.

“We, the FAMU family, are thankful for and appreciative of our donors’ generosity this year,” said Shawnta Friday-Stroud, Ph.D., Vice President for Institutional Advancement. “Our students are definitely the beneficiaries. We wish everyone a happy holiday season and well wishes for the New Year.” To make your year-end tax deductible contribution, click on the link below, and visit FAMURising.org for information about specific initiatives that benefit Rattler Athletics, arts and history, scholarships and student success.
