FAMU Sustainability Institute Seeking Applications For 2019-2020 Sustainability Fellowships
The Florida A&M University (FAMU) Sustainability Institute announces the 2019-2020 Sustainability Fellows Program. The FAMU Sustainability Institute is in the second year of a partnership with Dow and is seeking to utilize the expertise of both its faculty and students to advance sustainability initiatives. Projects are being sought that will improve sustainability research, education, curriculum development, service, and/or resource stewardship practices at the University.
Interested faculty and students are invited to apply. The Request for Applications for this year’s Sustainability Fellows Program are available to prospective applicants upon email request. FAMU Establishes Office of Undergraduate Research
Florida A&M University (FAMU) has established the Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) to increase the number of students participating in and completing undergraduate research and internship opportunities.
Led by Interim Director Byron Greene, OUR will collaborate with FAMU’s colleges and schools to encourage and motivate undergraduate students to fully leverage these unique extensions of their academic careers. FAMU to Host Fall Career & Internship Expo
FAMU will host its fall Career & Internship Expo on Wednesday, September 18 from 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Alfred Lawson Jr. Multipurpose Center & Teaching Gymnasium. Resumes and professional attire are required.
More than 100 Fortune 500 companies will be exhibitors at the Career & Internship Expo.
