The Office of Student Activities would like to invite you, your family, and your friends out to FAMU’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt.
This event will take place from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2023, and is hosted by Fraternity and Sorority Life, Volunteer and Service Learning as well as the Efferson Student Union and Activities.
There will be bounce houses, train rides, Easter Egg Hunt, popcorn, cotton candy, music, food, and drinks, ALL FOR FREE! You will also have the option of taking pictures with the Easter Bunny and Venom.
To ensure we have adequate supplies for the children, we are asking everyone to RSVP here. Please help us spread the word about this amazing community event.

The Florida A&M Office of Communications is thrilled to announce its inaugural “Un-Corked” event. “Un-Corked” will serve as the official Grape Harvest Festival Kickoff and a scholarship fundraiser for Florida A&M University.
As the new academic year begins, “Un-Corked” offers a unique opportunity to connect and socialize with distinguished guests, notable alum, sponsors, students, faculty, and staff. Attendees can enjoy wine from the FAMU Center for Viticulture and local wineries. Moreover, they can bid on FAMU memorabilia and keepsakes to raise scholarship funds. The event will be held 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. on August 25 at the Art Garden, located at 620-1 Railroad Square, Tallahassee, Fla.

The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), partnering with Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), will host the second Air Force Historically Black Colleges & Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) Digital Partnership Summit on September 19-21, 2023. This hybrid, virtual/in-person event, dubbed the HBCU Digital Partnership Summit, will be held at FAMU in Tallahassee FL.
The three-day summit is for all HBCU faculty and students, researchers, minority businesses, digital transformation professionals, and other academic enclaves, including Department of Defense personnel, that advocate for connecting the Department of the Air Force and the HBCU community.
It will feature speakers from AFIT, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and academia. Confirmed featured speakers include Dr. Calvin Lowe (Hampton University), Dr. Laura Collins (North Carolina A&T), Dr. Marcus Smith (AFRL), John McCanney (AFRL), Storm Woods (Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Dr. Jayfus Doswell (CEO/Juxtopia, LLC), David Strobel (Executive Chairman, Space Micro Inc.), and Anissa Lumpkin (AFRL) and an HBCU alumnus.
