This Symposium Poster Competition is intended to act as platform to engage students, staff, faculty, and the community at-large. Its intent is to provide a showcase of research and community-based activities to the audiences of Florida A&M University, other regional organizations and institutions and community sustainability stakeholders. The FAMU App Challenge is a 72-hour start-up challenge for small teams to build a scalable mobile application & business model quickly. A cash prize of $2,500 and a trip to FAMU’s School of Business and Industry’s Global Leadership Conference @ Disney Nov.19-21 (FAMU students only) to the winning team.
