“Blind Faith” is a docudrama that chronicles the stories of individuals who’ve experienced the loss of vision. Told through the lens of the affected individuals and/or their loved ones, this piece raises awareness about what it’s like to go from sight to visual impairment.

Blood at the Root

Raylynn, a young Black high school senior, finally wants to make her mark in her integrated school—even if she has to break some rules to do it. Drawing inspiration from the racially divisive case of the Jena Six in Louisiana, Morisseau’s highly charged drama challenges racial inequity and champions the demand for social justice.

The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant he names “Audrey II” – after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, BLOOD. Over time, though, Seymour discovers Audrey II’s out of this world origins and intent towards global domination! Feed your need for musical hilarity with this deviously delicious sci-fi smash.
